Fresh mango pulp ferments slowly over 10-14 days, developing complex flavor compounds. Temperature-controlled rooms maintain ideal conditions, allowing wild Caribbean yeasts to work their magic naturally.
Through precise separation of heads, hearts, and tails, our master distillers preserve only the purest heart of the spirit—achieving crystal clarity, depth, and refined character.
The spirit is brought to 40% ABV using pure, limestone-filtered water, preserving vibrant fruit notes while delivering a smooth, elegant finish.
